Learn how to request deletion of your Track My Copper account and understand what happens to your data.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Track My Copper account and associated data, please send a request to:

using the subject line “Delete My Track My Copper Account.”

Your registered email address must match your app account email.

Data Deletion Process

Once your request is verified:

Your account and personal information (name, email, login credentials, health preferences) will be permanently deleted.

We will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

3.

Data Retention

Certain data (such as aggregated analytics or legally required health data) may be retained for up to 90 days in backup systems before being automatically purged.

No retained data can personally identify you.
